While it may sound like more work, this format can actually be pretty informal and often attracts even more qualified buyers than an in-person viewing. The more you do them, the easier it will become. Here are a few tips to start.
Pick a year (ex: 2015) and send clients you worked with in that year a handwritten note, an email, or a message on social media. You never know if they could be looking to make a move or know someone who is. Just let them know you are thinking of them and how grateful you are for their business.
During this time, be sure to keep your clients up to date on any information that provides insight into the real estate market, especially if COVID-19 is affecting their home buying or selling process. Reassure your clients by monitoring the current situation and providing them with real time, factual updates.
